  • 1. Where do we ship and what are the charges?

    At present, we can deliver the products to 16 countries The Shipping charge is based on the weight of the selected products and destination. If you want to know the shipping charge for your destination, you can check it through shipping charge calculator in Shopping Cart page.

  • 2. How do I order online?
    • You can register in the site before proceeding with the order placement. (Checkout as Guest also Available)
    • Log on to dubaibazaar.in
    • Have a look at the wide range of products that we have. All products are segregated in categories like Foods, Sarees, Cosmetics, Women’s Wear, Electronics, Baby Care, Burka, and General.
    • You can either search by brand or product name, you can also browse each category and click on Add to cart from the products page.
    • From the shopping cart you can continue to purchase products by checking out and selecting your preferred mode of payment. We have tied up with all credit card companies and banks to make paying easy for you. We also have cheque and direct bank deposit facilities.
    • You need to follow the payment instructions. Input your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment

    • We  have Cash on delivery option only in Dubai.
  • 11. Can I return or exchange the product ?

    Yes, you can return or exchange the product only in case you receive incorrect product delivered, which means only there is a mistake from our side. You cannot exchange or return the product if the correct product delivered to you.

    • Within 2 days of submitting the special request form, we will send you the quotation. If you agree for the quotation, you can proceed with the ordering of the product.
  • 15. How are the Indian and international orders shipped via courier?
    • Indian orders would be processed and shipping will be done through Indian Courier Service. ( Kindly note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.)
