Terms and conditions:

  • We would entertain the Product return only after receiving mail from the customer.
  • We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Refunds and Returns:

  • Items will be replaced or returned only if we deliver you wrong products. Otherwise returns are not encouraged in our site.

Payment Terms

For returns, items purchased through credit card/debit card/net banking full invoice amount including taxes will be paid to the respective bank/credit card account. In some cases, where payment gateway service providers charges will be withheld upto maximum of 3% of invoice amount. Please note that this amount is the charges paid to the payment gateway providers and dubaibazaar.in do not collect any fees/charges other than actual charges by payment gateway providers.
